How do I place a delivery order?
You can place a delivery order through our LigoSend app, or by calling our customer support line. Simply enter the pickup and delivery addresses, package details, and schedule your delivery.
How can I track my package?
All deliveries are tracked in real-time through the LigoSend app. You’ll receive notifications when your package is picked up, in transit, and delivered.
What can I send with LigoSend?
You can send documents, parcels, and packages, except for restricted or hazardous items (e.g., flammable liquids, firearms, perishable chemicals).
